is there someone in the marketplace that can provide a valid card to be added at amz usa ca mx for receive the paymnts?

To receive payments you need a bank account (as a seller if that's what you mean)

You will likely need a card that accepts international charges if you want to sell products on .mx

Its similar with selling items in Canada

Check the aspkin service section I believe there are 2-3 members that offer international vccs

Does it mean that the amz vcc that we use for disbursement verification on US seller acc will not work on CA seller acc and vice versa?

Depends on the market you registered initially

If you originally registered on the CA market, your fees/charges will be in CAD

Yes its depends on card balance and how often you do disbursements
