VPS are generally high risk

Best option if you're in the states is to get a hotspot

2nd best option go with IPburger or 24vc

Why is VPS high risk? And I'm not in the states, I think I'll have a higher risk of getting caught if I use another IP address but still work on my own computer.

most VPS have been used/abused by eBay/Amazon sellers for their simplicity and speed

the less effort options will generally be abused

VPS's from the same provider will all have very similar fingerprints, so they get flagged often.

If you create your own virtual machine and tweak your own settings/browser versions it will be more unique and less risky

IPBurger has 3 different types of proxy plans - Exclusive, Residential, and Fresh, which one is the best and what is the difference between them?

Residential IP = Used to create accounts.
This is what you need for at least a month. I stick with mine period so I have a consistent ISP and I don't have to switch IPs each time.

Fresh and Dedicated = you get 1 brand new never before used IP that only you can use .

It's good advice to use residential IP from IPburger.

How can you stick to 1 IP for that long?
I see that IPburger has only 30mins sticky session for residential

is it safe if every 30 minutes i get a diffrent Ip adresse from the residential proxies?
what if before 30 minutes this ip adresse was allocated and used by another amazon seller ? and after 30 minutes so amazon will see that i logged using this Ip adresse and will link both of the accounts rights?

I am opening a stealth account outside the UK , IS it safe for me if i use a new Wifi+new laptop+new Fresh dedicated Ip aresse from Ipburger.

I'm afraid the Fresh Ip adresse from Ip burger is data-center Ip so maybe amazon detect that and suspend the account or i'm fine as long as all those are news (laptop+wifi+fresh dedicated Ip VPN)
