REALLY NEED HELP!! New policy on tracking number?
 

Hi everyone, lately on my tracking page doesn't show the tracking number as usual.

I have live chatted with an associate to ask about this and after a while they said that it's a new policy, the programmers decided to hide the tracking numbers for privacy means.

But right after that, the associate asked me if i need anything else to close the conversation, like they're trying to avoid answering my question because they don't know for sure about this.

Is anyone else facing the problem with tracking number like me? Thanks so much for your thoughts.

Do you know anything about this? I'm a dropshipper, usually work with wishlist link to order items and lately Amazon doesn't provide tracking number for my orders anymore

How can i open new buyer account, they kicked me out because of incorrect returns comes from my buyers!

I tried to open a new account but i can not, they also close the second one too
