Helium 10 Adtomic with multiple accounts

Hi everyone,

Currently running multiple 3P accounts. I recently signed up for Adtomic by Helium10 and in order to be able to set up Adtomic for multiple accounts they want me to do the following:

-Create "Master" email account. Add this email address to each account in Seller Central and authorize for PPC access.

Then I connect this "master" email address to my Helium 10 account.

This means that all my accounts will have the same user added as an authorized user on each account. Won't that link them?

They are trying to tell me this method is used by agencies and consultants and there are never any issues.

Thoughts on this?

Unfortunately I do know he is talking about.

He is using a pay per click app/tool for Amazon to maximize his return in advertising.

I would hazard a guess and say you will get linked to the other accounts if you are using the same master email for authorization to Amazon for the app to link all your selling accounts to it.

Yeah that is what I figured. Helium 10 is trying to tell me it will not create a link, but I don't think I want to risk it. I realize it probably won't lead to an immediate suspension but if I ever have an issue with one account, now I am linked.

I was using Perpetua and they didn't require this method, I was able to add all accounts without having to create a new email and authorized user. So there has to be a way.

I can not see a way around it as they want one email that will be assigned as your account in the app and then use it on multiple Amazon seller accounts

Yeah, so far they haven't come up with a solution for me. They keep telling me it will be fine, but one email address being used to make an authorized user on multiple accounts just screams out "bad idea". These accounts do high volume, I can't afford to lose them.

I was using Perpetua for PPC but didn't really like it. Trying out Adtomic to see if it is better. Do you have any experience with PPC management apps? I spend about $10k monthly, I need dayparting and such available.
