New Account MAC Address and same home Address Issue

Hello everyone ,

I got suspended by amazon for multiple accounts I used the same phone number for another account.

now i have been planning to open new account with my brother's details

1. but we living same address any solution for that ?

2. I changed the WiFi router also, is they Track my MAC Address ?
