Using 3rd party discount sites- still allowed?

Amazon no longer allows incentivized reviews (i.e., offering buyers a free or discounted product in exchange for an honest review).

My question is- is it acceptable to use 3rd party discount sites for bumping sales, as long as the sites don't request the buyers to leave a review? I would think that this doesn't violate Amazon's terms of service.
