Frustating AMAZON seller
Really frustrated doing business on AMAZON.
There are just too many scammers, and they all know how to play.
I have increasing numbers of buyers now playing the same trick day after day.
If I send out orders with signature confirmation, they refuse the package, then claim item not receive, so I refund.
If I did not do signature, they will claim item defective 1st, and if I provide prepaid return shipping label asking them to return item for refund, they will change the story to "item not receive".
Then if I state the fact the item has been received (of course, there is no signature confirmation), they will file AZ claim, which on AMAZON, sellers always lose.
Any one have the same frustration doing business on AMAZON ?
I am really considering retreating from AMAZON now, and just stick with eBay, at least on eBay, I can block dishonest buyers.
Just cannot do business on AMAZON any more ...
Are you guys use AMAZON fulfillmemt? how does AMAZON handling "item not receive" cases ?
I guess AMAZON will just sendd buyer another set at the cost of sellers.
Anyone can shed some light on this ?
