VPN & IPburger fresh for new Amazon accs

Would appreciate if you guys could confirm the following:

For purpose of Amazn stealth accts, creating these new accounts using VPN with IPburgr Fresh - is the best option for someone paranoid of getting the you're banned notice.

the Aspkin amazn guide talks about staying away from using proxies - the VPN/ipburgr method mentioned above is safe though.

Any input? TIA!

well.. a PRIVATE / DEDICATED VPN is good, but a vpn with tons of IPs such as Hide My Ass isn't since it's used by many people.
