wich vcc can i use to verify amazon? I need one for a individual seller account and Have to contacted a couple people on the marketplace but they say since so difficult to work they stopped selling amazon vcc. What can I use?

bought the Amazon Ghost guide. Good stuff, seems kinda dated (only displays windows xp and no windows 10??) but all the talk about the VCC and vanilla visa (which i normally use for eBay Stealth) being "iffy" seemed like a red flag. So i check the forums and low and behold it seems like gift cards aren't accepted anymore by amazon and vcc seems to work sometimes but the "upper echelon" of the community seems to try to keep that portion under wraps *browses account services forum*.
so three questions
1) is it true that mismatched name AND address work. or just names.
2) is it possible to use a cashapp card
3) if its NOT true that mismatch address works; can i just change my credit union card address online. apply on amazon. wait like a week then change it back to my real address on my credit union websit??
