Relax brother .... yes, there is. First off, one very important question you need to answer if anybody is to help you further would be was your inventory listed FBA or Merchant Fulfilled? Depending on the answer to this question, your solution is going to be very different. In the meantime, you should open up two cases:
1. Subject: "Please forward to Feeds Team" Body: "Hello, our team is having some issues with our inventory and it is imperative that have the ability to access as much data as possible regarding our listings. We kindly request that you enable category specific reports for a duration of 14 days. Thank you"
They will enable them quickly. Once they do, go to inventory reports --> category specific reports --> inventory loader. Generate this file and download it as soon as you can
2. Subject: "Need Emergency Help | Inventory Been Deleted | Escalation" Body: "Dear team, due to the time restraints we are facing, we request that this case be escalated to a superior or a team lead immediately. By no fault of our own, our entire inventory has been deleted. It is impossible to even quantify how detrimental this will be to our business if this issue is not resolved immediately. As a loyal seller, we trust Amazon will do everything within their power to remedy this in a speedy fashion. We will check back for an update in the near future. Thank you for your help."
Mark this case off as: "This issue is urgent and requires immediate attention."
You will be fine -- try not to sweat it too much.
