I bought a stealth amazon account from Elmo and sold around 30 items for a month. On the 31st day I received an email that amazon requires invoices for 3 different ASINs because of counterfeits and my account suspended. Please share if this reviews are regular practice now for amazon because when I opened my original account some 2 years ago I was never asked for invoices at the begging or did I do something wrong myself. Must note that I have not sold a single item from those ASINs so amazon bots or whoever are marking them as high risk I guess.

These reviews are regular practice now for Amazon - always trying to weed out potentially dangerous accounts...

I see. Any chance this reviews being bypassed by forged invoices?

Any new store that starts listing high risk products, will typically get this request for invoices. That's why I recommend on all new stores to take things slow and sell low-risk used products

Amazon wants to make sure to cover themselves and so they want more information

If you have an older store, or sales in lower risk categories, you typically don't get requested for invoices

Since this is a request from Amazon, those types of reviews are typically easy to pass as long as you provide them with proper invoices. You should be reinstated so long as you give them what they are requesting and they meet all the requirements

High Risk it is too vague term for amazon. It seems that they can request invoices for any reason nowadays especially on new stores. Which makes selling on amazon without the proper invoices mission impossible.

Same thing happened to me. You must have access to invoices now.

What do you recommend as low risk products to start with? I am in the process of opening a new account and want to start with products that won't raise any issues with AZ

have the same problem on some of my accounts.

so invoices that worked good early do not work now. if anyone has any ideas how to handle this please write me.

Used like new is used item but still like new, if you have opened factory sealed product its no longer a new but used like new, for example : sealed video games, you open sealed wrap but do not use the disk at all, its called used like new, used item is a product where sign of usage seen like scratches, dents , wear and tear.

Thank you, I understand the difference in these condition, but I meant a little different. In what condition is it safer to sell products to Amazon, so that the chance of requesting invoices is minimal? "USED" or "USED like new"? Or it does not matter?
