Tax # when opening a new Amz Acc under other info?
 

This question has came to my mind for a while so I decided to ask it here.

I have opened a 2nd Amz Pro Acc from about 1 year and half ago which I use to sell some stuff. It is opened under other person info I'm saying this because when amz request for the Tax # info I entered that info from this person. then I used my new bank acc. for transfers where I changed a pair of letters to the name. but both accounts are in my virtual wallet account under different checking acc of course

My question is: Does this person could have any issue from uncle Sam since amz could report that this Tax# is making money selling on amz??

I'm paying tax yearly but for my main acc only, not for this 2nd amz acc since I used to sell some stuff just to maintain it in case of emergency, also in this 2nd acc I have approvals such Beauty, grocery and other that I would not like to miss it.

Amazon files a form with the irs for all tax id they are given. I would speak to an accountant about this.

What about Canada? Do they do the same for Business Numbers?
