Had a problem with virtual box once. Always deleted browser cookies after restart on the guest maschines. But maybe I had some settings wrong. VMware works perfect and is easy to use.

VMware Workstation 14 Pro is a higher grade product. You can download it from VMWare's website. Then google "key for workstation 14 pro".... and your in there.
Why do you guys use these services when you can just create a fresh account on the same computer? I haven't had any issues doing this while going stealth, but maybe you guys know something I don't?

So I use VMWare. Why? because it allows me to log into multiple accounts at the same time, I don't have to log off my current Windows, or shutdown all my programs, browser. Also it helps if you can have multiple monitors, I run 2 side by side, this way one screen I can have all my accounts running and I can do "stuff"on my main monitor.
