FBA Inactive (Closed) Listing for 2nd time due to too many returns, relist?
Hello all,
I have become an FBA seller earlier on this year, so still considering myself new to FBA and learning a lot every day. I have a listing on FBA that does extremely well but Amazon removed it because it was getting too many returns, people felt the item was not made well etc. Amazon wrote me an email to notify me and advised I can re-list this item without contacting them. I re-listed it, discounting it 30% just so I could get rid of the inventory I had so it did well again and since it was cheaper people were not returning as much given the price was now more the item ( I think). Well, I just for another email, exactly the same, closing the listing and still once again it says I can re-list without contacting them. This just seems too easy for me. I do sell this item on other sites and never had a problem, never had a return and never a complaint about it being not well made.
I do not manufacture these, I buy them off of someone else but still ,it is the same product I sell on eBay,my website, Bonanza etc, yet Amazon is the ones with the complaints.
What would you all do? I can re-list for the second time but am I risking too much with it being closed for the 3rd time? I only have about 40 units left to sell. Would hate to pull it but If I have to, I will.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated since we are in Q4 I wouldn't want to risk a successful FBA account.
Thank you for any advice! |
