My listing images and brand-name have tampered
 

Hi,
I have a private label product and I have sold this about a year. My TM is not yet approved so I don't have a brand register either.

About three weeks ago my listing went down by some random customer complaint. A day after my brand-name, bullet points and product description were changed. I think someone dishonest person made the tampering through the loophole of Vendor central as the many forums have this kind of stories.

A week ago I got my listing active again, but this listing content is still wrong. I have called every day to Amazon, but no results. They always say that the retail team is investigating the case, but for some reason, they don't say or ask anything.

Now my listing is hijacked and many weird sellers sell their own bulk products there. Is there anything I could do to get my photos and other content back? This listing has many hundreds of reviews so I can't do a new listing.

i have had similar issues with people jumping on the listings and changing photos, if you keep persistant with contacting amazon sometimes it helps and sometimes it will ruin the original listing, i usually create a new listing while trying to fix the old one.

If you are brand registered then only you can edit listings. You should get this approved prior to making listing.
