Luminati proxy changes IP, problem?

Hi

My proxy (luminati) changes the IP after each login/session. I always get a residential IP somewhere in the country of my choice with default mode to a specific city if an IP is available (apparently shared IPs...red flag).
Is Luminati usable for Amazon?

Read here on some post about IPs doing over 0.5 on https://getipintel.net/index.php#web are considered bad/overabused IP and mine do all ~0.9 (another red flag?)

I do get many captcha requests from google (another red flag?)...

Those are all potential red flags to me but a friend of mine swears by this setup (luminati + multilogin). It works for him with FB though not sure about amazon

Thanks

Luminati is using rotating Residential IP's, and that's obviously bad for eBay and PayPal.
Luminanti is also horribly expensive, even for residential IP's.

There are a few other Residential IP options but I can't publically name them here for obvious reasons. You can search for them online, or contact me by PM and I'll give you options.

Should search for site that provides proxies with lower risk score that don't rotate. PM me if you want good site for that.

There are several VPN's on the forum that work great.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think VPNs uses residential IPs? I want my stores to be accessed only from specific cities / regions non-datacenter IPs for sake of consistency.

Very likely true about non-use of residential IPs
