Tax Information Interview for adding an LLC to stealth
 

When you adding the LLC and Amazon ask's " Who will receive the income from Amazon or it subsidiary?" in order to make the stealth more or workout correctly do you choose Individual or Business?

Also for the next steps can anyone give me some advise I just don't want to mess this up and get limited or get my stealth and LLC screwed!

Can someone for the sake of all of us new stealthers just give a step by step what to click and enter! lol like do I keep my stealth address in or do I use the address of the EIN(after is been seasoned 15 days) etc.

Is this like the "no young one... that is forbidden to discuss in length the travel on this path is not discussed by any who have traveled it" haha like I know I'm not the only wanting a more definite answer then what the guide or information from searching the far corners of this forum has to offer...

There is no clear answer to what you are asking, the best way to deal with this in my experience is to put down the LLC as the beneficiary, otherwise why register it in the first place.

Have you had any luck with finding a solution to this? I am currently trying to put the pieces together for how to register using an LLC, but details like this aren't elaborated on in the Amazon Ghost guide.

I should elaborate, I know how to set up an LLC, what I mean is the steps for using the LLC info in Amazon Seller Registration.

According to the Ghost guide, we are supposed to name the LLC after a persons name. That is fine, but there has to be a beneficiary, so do we put that as the "persons name" (the LLC) too? I would think that we can't, since Amazon still asks for documents such as a drivers license/passport/utility bill to prove the beneficiary's ID.

From reading through the forums, I gather that to put our own identification/name as the beneficiary we are supposed to request a new passport/drivers license from the government (assuming the old ones were already presented to amazon) and use those, along with 'getting creative' aka a PDF editor for the requested utility bill.

So I assume that these new/creative documents, in combination with the LLC providing me a fresh EIN number will allow me to pass the tax interview without using my "flagged" SSN.

Is this pretty much correct? Since I'm going through the trouble of requesting/creating these new documents, what is the point of naming the LLC after a person? Or am I misunderstanding the process?
