New Amazon UK Account

Finally after so many documents, emails and week+ long waits my new accounts ready to sell on.

I've sold a few items and my funds aren't eligible for withdrawal.

That's fine, I can wait until the tracking shows as delivered.

How long do new UK accounts have this before :

A) I can use the "Disburse Now" button?

B) Funds are available immediately after confirming dispatch?

I am opening a few UK Amazon Ghost accounts too. I am much obliged if you could sum up your process here as the Amazon Ghost ebook looks obsolet with many non-applicable parts like MAC address manipulation or dead VCC sources...
