AMAZON account review, should I call ?
 
I just got an urgent email from AMAZON saying my account is under review and will be calling me in 72 hours or I can call AMAZON ..
What would I expect ? should I call AMAZON ?

Please advise ... Thanks a million .

Below is part of the message I got from AMAZON

Your Amazon selling account is currently under review, and we will be contacting you by phone with more information within 72 hours.


What happens next?

Within the next 72 hours, you will receive a phone call from the Account Health Support team to discuss your account. It is critical that we are able to speak to you to discuss the reasons for the account review and any actions required to continue selling. Yes basically you have some serious item complaints or similar they will give you 3 days to provide them invoices etc

This is wierd .. I just called AMAZON and talked to them, they said there is nothing I need to do at this moment, just wantch out the pricing policy ? I double confirmed with the rep to make sure there is nothing I need to do at this moment.

I thought AMAZON account usually would get suspended after receiving this kind of email from AMAZON .... but guess I 'm lucky, nothing serious and nothing need to be done at this moment.

Yes they suspend if you dont answer call
