What's AMAZON's new fair pricing policy all about?

Anyone knows what is AMAZON's new fair pricing policy all about?
I recently got account receive message from AMAZON, after I called in, they told me nothing serious just watch my listings pricing, do not violate their pricing policy ? What is that all about ? I just recently raising up my selling prices due to my precuement cost went skyrocket high. So .. is this a probelm with AMAZON ?

Anyone could shed some light on this ? What is AMAZON's fair market pricing policy all about ?
