Real name required when changing tax info to my LLC
 

I created an Amazon account with a family members information. An account with my information has already been suspended. The account has been up and running for several months now with out any issues. I am looking to create and add an LLC to remove their involvement.

"Name (as shown on your income tax return)" is required For all of the federal tax classification options when filling out tax interview. The LLC would be in my name. If I input my own name into the tax interview is it likely that it will be connected to my suspended account just based off my first and last name alone? Is using a nick name in this field a good idea with taxes being involved?
