Amazon Insider reinstatement - A real thing?
 

I have a complicated suspension back in July 2022. Over 20 appeals have been rejected. Several services have failed to reinstate from appeals. It would seem the traditional reinstatement method is not available. Is there such thing as a Amazon insider who can reinstate the account, or at least disburse the funds?

I have seen services advertised for this. Some are obviously scams. If this is such a thing, I would certainly be interested in it. Anyone who can help me out here, it would be greatly appreciated.

Well if the service is listed in the marketplace and approved by aspkin, it's not a scam.

If someone just DM you or you see it OUTSIDE the marketplace, then it IS a scam and you need to report them to me.

Now if the service provider gives you a step by step of expectations you need to have but operated OUTSIDE of that perimeter then I need to know.

So go to the marketplace and select a service provider and talk about it in DM.

(Apoloigies for the tardiness, but I was out of the country with limited access)

I was not approached on this forum about this. I have spoken to other people regarding having connections to Amazon insiders who are able to provide a guaranteed reinstatement. I'd be paying a premium for this, and able to dispute over Paypal if services were not delivered. My money is protected, but potentially the seller is collecting the funds from the paypal account and moving on to the next Paypal account.
I'm wondering if I'm simply wasting my time, and would be best seeking other resolutions.

So from the experience here - are insider services a real thing?

There's no such thing as a guaranteed reinstatement by an insider.

FYI Paypal dispute is not always guaranteed. I'm guessing they are asking over $10k?

I understand that PayPal disputes are not always guaranteed. It is also protected by my business credit card though. So my concern is not really getting my money back if this service is never delivered. The concern is more that I'm wasting time with this effort, where I could be having this attended to with an alternative method.

Since this is amazon thread but you're talking about PP, I'll cover both and my answer is the same. If your funds are held indefinitely there's really no insider you can bribe.

Funds aren't necessarily held indefinitely. Disbursement of funds has not been requested yet. Was attempting reinstatement, but since there have been over 20+ rejections, it seemed like an insider was needed, rather than traditional methods of reinstatement.

I understand that nothing is guaranteed. But insiders reinstating - a real thing, or no?

Also, in the case of 20+ appeals rejected - is Amazon even looking at the appeals anymore at this point?

If you lose the PayPal dispute and win your CC dispute, your PayPal will still be negative even if you have funds back in your CC - can't use your PayPal anymore

Any reputable provider of this kind of guarantee would probably do escrow if its a large sum of money. But since no one can guarantee reinstatement its likely a scam

I understand there are no guarantees, regardless of the attempted method of reinstatement. I guess the better question is are there such things as reinstatements done by an Amazon insider?

Did you ever get your account reinstated? What was your provider if so
