Are different chrome accounts linked to Amazon activity?
 

I have different chrome accounts. I select which chrome account I wish to use when opening chrome. I have been told that Amazon can link Amazon accounts from being logged into your chrome account. I'm not sure how exactly they link this, but my guess it is through cookies/history/etc...

That being said, being logged into a chrome account that has operated Amazon account A would risk accounts being linked if also operating account B on a different IP & Computer - Is this correct?

If so - What if I simply operate account B on a different chrome account?

I already have a new IP & new computer that has never been logged in to any Amazon account on chrome. Just through a VPN browser. I would like to operate this account through chrome, but want to take all necessarily precautions.

cookies would link if in the same user profile - hence you do separate user profiles at the least

So I am still quite confused.

Chrome profile A - This is logged into a google account, The GOOGLE ACCOUNT has been logged into an Amazon seller account, but on a different IP & Computer.

Chrome profile B - Only used to access a gmail email address. Would the cookies of profile A be anyway inherited? And what if this other gmail address is connected to another email address that is associated with the google account on profle B?
