Removal order reimbursements & FBM orders
I am curious if there are proven methods to get reimbursements for FBA Removals and/or FBM?
Previously, I had a VA who previously worked on the Amazon seller support team. She was able to get reimbursements for basically any item from an FBA removal order with a very surprisingly simple submission with a simple handful of words, and select attached images. This submission has stopped working, as Amazon is denying the reimbursement request, and asking for more information. Is there any known updates to this that has been successful for FBA removal orders that are damaged, missing, or switcheroo cases?
