Just got two of my accounts banned. (Amazon)

If anyone has any idea to my case, you are more than welcome to share it. OK so here is my story.
I had many banned amazon account before. I opened a new stealth account on my friends sister name and address. I was selling vero item and some books. Everything was going fine, I had 900$ in sales in my first disbursement cycle. Then I was waiting for the second disbursement cycle with $400 on account. A few days ago buyer opened an A to Z guarantee claim about a BOOK, which he closed the next day when I agreed to give him a refund upon receiving the book back (communication was by e-mail). Meanwhile, I had to lower price on my VERO item couple times due to competitor. Today, I lowered it like 3rd time. And in evening received seller performance e-mail that my account is blocked. At first I thought it's because of lowering price so rapidly for Vero item, however e-mail stated that they have linked my account to some other banned account. So right now I am thinking what have I done wrong, because I was really cautious. The only thing that come in my mind is that, I MIGHT have sent an E-MAIL to the "Book" guy from IP address that was already banned (I was selling same Vero item from that IP) I have a gmail and option " Always display external content (such as images) sent by trusted senders" was checked rather than "Ask before displaying external content".

So I got banned at 6:22 pm. At 8:20 pm my 5 day old amazon account got banned as well even though I haven't sold anything there and was selling completely different items.

In the morning I have deleted my flash objects, which I never have done before (just figure that I have to do it from eBay stealth book).

I don't have different computer user accounts, but I have different computer names which I change before logging into other accounts. And I always all my cookies/history from browser before accessing accounts.

If anyone willing to share how amazon links accounts, please guys help me out.

its the email you sent to the buyer ( on the banned ip address is what got you ) + it could also be the shifting of your price multiple times will raise a flag that will direct them to the email but will not directly block your account .. with amazon you neddddddd to be not careful but rather very careful . I would also suggest you that make a separate user account to be more safe. thanks a lot and hope that helped

Thanks a lot. As they say, we learn from our mistakes. Also do amazon looks at your computer name? Or I should be fine with just different account users?

must change the computer name also , computer processor , registration information , windows activation key

Wow, so you are saying i basically need to change my pc?

That is taking it WAY to many steps into the unnecessary.
I do none of those and had over 200 VERO sales on Amazon in the past 3 days....

no you don,t have to get a new pc and even if i had a new pc i would not use it with this as you will first need to make all your acct from your first
suspended computer so you can learn from all of your mistakes , friend to change all of the things i mentioned here you dont have to get new computer just gogole how to ..... and you ill find many ways . thanks a lot

Well I have been selling on amazon for a long time already and had many banned accounts. But this suspension really got me frustrated, that's why I want to know if there is any other ways amazon can link accounts. And on all my previous accounts I have only changed computer name, but haven't done anything else you have advised. Anyways thanks for the help. I am still kind of scared to not change computer names, since I heard some say it is not necessary, at least on eBay. I guess, I have to order plenty prepaid cards and start to experiment :))

eBay and Amazon are 2 different monsters.
What works for eBay works for Amazon but with a FEW MORE Stealth steps......

NO need to do all that.

Change computer name to HP Customer or Dell User and always use that on every computer. There's millions of those.

Activation key doesn't matter either.

was the sales on an account less then 30 days old?
