BANK ACCOUNT NAME/ADDRESS and CREDIT CARD NAME/ADDRESS

Hi guys,

Does your Bank Account Address have to be the same as your GIFTCARD Address on Amazon???

I know that you can spoof the name on the GIFTCARD and enter it as CC but what about the address?

Also, when you register the GC online, can you use the bogus name/bogus address or do you have to use real name/address and just input bogus when you enter it at Amazon?
