Credit Card for Amazon aka "charge method"

I have been confused on this topic for some time now. I have been suspended from Amazon and need to get a "charge method" card. Do I use gift cards? What exactly can I use? Also, how does the name, dob, address need to look like?

Any help is GREATLY appreciative. This forum has helped so much already.

Charge Method:
Gift Card - Enter the Stealth Name & Address info on the card.
You can usually do this online with most cards.
