Amazon account under Review

Ok I recently opened up an A mazon seller account, and I did far better than expected, and sold too much too quick and now i'm under review.

Can't disburse money. Has this happened to anyone before?, it says it takes up to 30 days for them to complete review!, I'm not going to ship the items I just sold because there's no guarantee I will get my cash for another 30 days or more!.

Customer service isn't working today apparently, maybe they got hit by the 'Solar Tsunami'!

aspkin 08-03-2010 09:03 AM

Lol, the solar tsunami is getting everyone these days. :)

I recommend you continue with delivery of products because if you don't then you can guarantee a blocked account very soon. To pass your review you need feedback, that's what Amazon is looking for. If you can show them you are a good honest seller, they will let you continue listing. If you do everything you can and they block you anyway.. you'll still get your money in 90-days.

Good luck!

Exactly - you have to ship and hope for no disputes or A-to-Z claims. If your products are good, should not be any problem.

Leave a note with each shipment reminding customer to leave feedback

Well the problem is I don't have the item to ship ;), not until I get the cash, which aint gonna happen now. May as well wave goodbye to my A mazon account, maybe I can do stealth. Sold too fast, too much cash.

I sold alot of stuff for good profit these last couple of days, selling on A mazon DE for example and fulfilling with A mazon UK. Good thing about A mazon they don't show international cheaper options :)

Ha ok I hear you. Might want to do the refunds then if you don't have the cash to fulfill.

Not too hard to do stealth at Amazon at all - you just need fresh computer and connection and such. My only tip is I use the same computer - no wireless or network ...I go dial-up...yeah it's slow but does the trick.

sax4 08-03-2010 11:24 AM

Yeah sorting out the refunds, they will suspend my account for cancelling too many orders, but sod it.

Different IP address isn't a problem for me I got a Mobile broadband with different IP every time

They also ID your computer though so you need to change your computer name and new user account for each. I don't have a ton of experience with Amazon but I am fairly good at the creation part ha.

I take it I would need a fresh bank account also?

rsot 08-03-2010 03:13 PM

Yes, fresh bank account - I don't add in bank info until I am kind of set in Amazon anyhow.

If I get blocked - I just wait 90 days and re-use old bank.

sax4 08-05-2010 01:04 PM

Oh and what about postal address, use the same one as before, or new one
