Ok, so this is now the second stealth amazon account i have had blocked due to amazon linking it to a previously blocked account, it is now obvious to me that amazon do use tracking that can penetrate between users , can anyone confirm this or shed any light on the subject because i will be reinstalling windows very soon to make sure they don't block another one!

Simply reinstalling Windows is not going to be the ultimate solution to your problem.
