how hard is it to get back on amazon

i created a new amazon from a friends house using their info and phone number seller account went through fine

i then used my laptop never used on amazon and i have new internet supplier so ip never used on amazon and as soon as i list item for sale they blocked account grrr

rsot 08-09-2010 09:32 AM

Yes Amazon is crazy quick on blocking accounts - need diff IP, diff computer, diff account, They seem to track computer ID as well.

dennisjaneway 08-09-2010 11:43 AM

new computer is not neccessery, VirtualPC Programm is also good for Amazon!

rsot 08-09-2010 11:54 AM

Wish I knew more about that. Won't your computer ID still be the same?

dennisjaneway 08-09-2010 12:05 PM

its a different every time

different HDD-ID, Different NIC, Different Computer-ID

i have now 9 accounts active, it would be impossible to have 9 different computer :)

I just looked up VMware & VirtualBox.
To me not knowing about them they seem sorta like the same thing.
What is the difference?

Which VM are you running?
Which VirtualBox are you running?

Thanks

I know you asked him but for me.. I'm running the latest free version of VMware. I have 6 VMs. I'm running different operating systems with each one ranging from Windows to Linux.

It's a nice way and saves buying a computer everytime you get suspended. :o

Also they are the same thing/ work the same way.

dennisjaneway 08-09-2010 07:15 PM

i have VMWare Workstation 7.0.1

and Sun VirtualBox 3.2.6

so nothing special

newtools 08-10-2010 12:59 AM

I agree with Vmware. It's a virtual environment. you do not wnat to give away too much info. for prying eyes. but you are creating a whole new Pc inside your Pc.

It allows you to load a whole os like win xp or win 7 and then you have a whole computer desktop just like switching users. Except you will have a new hdd-id, nic-id, and take it one step further and use a mac spoofing program and change the nic manufacture with a new oid and a new spoofed mac address. Dial up and a good anonymous Vcc.

vmware 7 - and windows xp pro iso

i just got a technet acct. even though you can use an unlimited xp pro key
