Using old netbook (again)

Just had an account shut down permanently and would like to reuse the netbook I was running that account on.

Here is what I think I need to do prior to opening the new account:

Delete the User Account and create a new one
Wipe the cookies..flash cookies..registry etc. using CCleaner or some other product
Using dialup

Am I forgetting anything?

Change Comp ID to generic. I can't comment on the NIC issue but that might give you away.

vmware but i am not sure a netbook can really take that!

you can use a spoofing software to spoof your Mac-id, and your oid - Nic-id

But your hardware id - is different!
