I always enter the tracking numbers. Amazon likes this. It CAN help with reviews, but it will not stop you from being blocked if you are doing something Amazon does not like. It will also not CAUSE you to be blocked in and of itself.
Shipping time is based on business days, so if you received an order on Thursday, they expect it to be shipped by Monday.
And not all accounts get blocked after the 30 day review. Mainly, it seems to depend on whether or not you have any complaints, and also on what you sell. The less risky the items, the better the chance of passing the review. For example, someone selling books has a better chance of making it than someone who sells box sets of DVD's. But even if your items are risky in their eyes, I have still seen accounts pass the review. You just never know.
It is always best to plan on having your money held for 90 days. That way, if it does not happen, great. But if it does, it will not come as a surprise and put you in a bind financially.
