New vs Used - Mint
 

So i've read a few things from scanning threads for the past year or so about selling high problem items - media&software as used - mint instead of new. I've also browsed the used sections while posting new and seen people describing their used item as brand new sealed in box etc etc.

Now before anyone says "do a search" try searching 'amazon used' and it takes out the word used because it is too common. mint amazon shows up 1 thread i've already read through.

So really I have 2 main questions and 1 side question

1. Does anyone know if selling items as used instead of new drastically drops down suspicion and doesn't red flag your account

2. I think I just answered this: on selling a Used - Mint item, describing it as brand new. Anyone had any experience with any problems with this. (Although I am thinking now that when they do the inevitable review, they are going to notice this and smite your account).

and finally, I'm going to do a little research before asking the side question I've decided. Gives a little too much of my selling information away.
