Query about amazon suspension
 

My sister's first account just got shut down today after only 20 days opening the account.

Luckily, she just got disbursement into her account.

The question is she just shipped out this morning and on one even got her products yet.

the message from amazon is about vero violation.

what the hell? how would anyone could tell about if it is vero before even get the product?

Anyone had this before?

VERO is an eBay thing.

But I understand what you mean. If this was for DVD's, then Amazon saw pricing lower than is legitimately available from legitimate distributors. A competitor could have made the report.

Or was this in a different category?

or someone who purchased something from you complained before they even received the item.

Could you give me an example of the case what the buyer could complain about which is severe enough to close down an account before he even gets the product in hand?

I doubt this was due to a buyer complaint. Did you add anything to the description or upload any customer photos?

Jeff is probably right on this, it most likely wasn't a buyer complaint.

Just to answer your question, if someone wants you shut down they can purchase an item and then complain about its authenticity. Not saying that is the case here. It has been stated before sellers can be ruthless on amazon in certain categories.
