Notice: Policy Warning on Amazon
 

I just wanted to see if anyone could tell me the status of my account from Amazon's eyes. I have an account with almost 30 feedback and its went through a 30 day review and a 7 day money hold for 15 days after that when I first opened it up. I just got an email about a Policy Warning and my listing was removed. I have all 5 stars with all positive feedback. Should I just stop selling that certain item or is amazon got a microscope that on that account? Here is the email..

I've gotten this same email a number of times.

from my experience, delete it from your closed inventory (it'll have the blocked symbol beside it) and if you want, create it new in about a month. I've done this on a few acts and all went fine

Obviously, don't list that same item again.

You are lucky.

NEVER ONCE, in my experience, has Amazon issued a warning about this. Usually, they just block the account, end of story. So, they might think that you listed something UNKNOWINGLY. That would lead me to believe that if you keep your nose clean, you can keep the account.

Thanks for the advice everyone! I just assumed I was lucky since the account has been under reviews before and I have had very good lucky with feedback. That was my last unit of that inventory so I got lucky on that part.
