Best way to change Mac & IP address

What are the best software programs to 1. change Mac address for computer 2. IP address? I was going to take the easy route by buying a cheap notebook and router for every account but I think it will be more cost effective to just change the Mac address, IP address and create new user accounts.

Search up threads about vmware, I think its the best overall solution for stealth. As for ip most cable providers reset your ip every time you turn off your modem or reset it.

So the vmware software is used to change the Mac right? I did download a program called Sm Mac but haven't used it yet.

Every time you install another operating system on vmware you get a new mac.

SMAC is good to change your MAC. 123 recommended vmware so I finally did it and my life will never be the same. :)

Much easier, more control.
