Just got banned from amazon within 1 hour
 

I read amazon ghost and followed the steps very carefully while creating the amazon account i went to a public library, used a new email address,name,d.o.b,address,phone number, and even purchased a vcc from 123, i then posted a used video game (nba 2k10) and then posted a used p90x, i got an email with in minutes saying the p90x was sold ship now, then got another email about 30mins. Later saying it has came to the attention of amazon that i may be selling re-copied material there for they are restricting my account and putting a 90day hold on any funds. What should i do i can't afford to keep buying new vcc and get banned that quick. Could it be that i tried to list that type of item to soon on a new account?

You can not sell them on Amazon....
Especially right now since Amazon has their extra strength Christmas Security in place.

Just an FYI... Selling the P90X anywhere is VERY risky and a great way to lose an account. Their attorneys actively look for listings on eBay, Amazon, Craigslist, Bonanzle and other sites and request them to be taken down.

Their product is HUGELY popular, and it is one of the most counterfeited products out there. I'm not saying that YOU were selling a counterfeit. Tons of legitimate listings get removed as well.

You can expect your stealth identity to get a letter from Johnson & Pham, their attorneys, within a couple of weeks. They will demand roughly $1,000 from you. I would ignore them.

Welcome to the forum - as you have noticed, you have received fast response to your query =)

I would advise you to look around the forum too to see what other products cause people problems and avoid selling those in order to preserve your account.

Edit: Not 50/50 - more like 90/10 - even if you have thousands of feedback you could get burned.

you could get away with selling cocaine on amazon longer then you can get away with selling p90

Sadly, you may not find the kind of open responses to your question on what to sell - that's a business model type of question and people who are successful tend to keep their items to themselves.

I have my niche as do other people and this is what we base our Net activity on. I don't know what everyone else sells but I do my research and try to sustain my activity.

Now, I am not being arrogant with you or anything so please don't look at this negatively. Another thing that helps is if you build forum credibility. Contribute, read around and over time you will find people are more open to discussing strats with you. That comes with time and dedication - not just to your sales but also to the forum.

Yeah the p90x is definitely what did you in, I recommend you never sell that again cause there lawyers are vicious and will send threats non stop and sometimes might even take it to the next level and get serious plus none your accounts will last more then a week if your selling that and thats if your lucky. Most won't even last a day. But yeah hope you the best buddy, was a pleasure doing business with you.

thanks for all the replies but now i'm confused maybe i did something wrong rather than it being that item, because yesterday i created another account from a different library and used everything brand new and didn't even post anything then this morning i got an email saying that my account didn't pass review maybe i missed something......
what am i doing wrong?

Maybe your accounts are linked together? Did you follow the Amazon Ghost guide steps to setting up a new system after your other one got suspended?
