Default Sale on old account

So I let my pro Amazon account sit idle. I thought it was not selling.

I received a sale this morning so I guess it was still active. Well crap.

That means I must owe them $40 a month for the last 4-5 months or so. I'm not paying that. Haven't sold in 6 months... When I log in to try and look at the order and cancel it all I can get is an "enter new credit card" screen. Cant get past it

I'm not paying $200 or more in fees for an idle account so I can cancel an order. Obviously I screwed up. But still not paying for a pro account I didn't use. I don't even know if/what I owe as I cant get anywhere.

I don't want a buyer left hanging in the wind. How can I contact them? Or cancel order?

The important issue is the buyer right now. I can deal with Amazon later. But I don't want some buyer out there thinking they have an order on the way.

Thanks

Is there any sort of link to email Amazon and ask them how to view your seller's account. I would explain how you are trying to provide excellent customer service and ship your customer's order right away.
On another note I thought that Amazon listings were only good for 90 days. If that was the case and you hadn't listing anything in your inventory in the last 90 days then how could you have sold something??

Not sure why inventory was active. So I should just email Amazon and ask them to cancel sale? I would like to contact buyer and explain item is not available on Amazon instead of them just getting an email it was canceled.

Is there a working VCC I can add to account maybe to get into my account and make sure inventory is removed and to see what I owe? It may not be too bad. I would like to at least see where the account stands

Get an Amazon VCC and left that limit. You could cancel the order - account may still be ok but that remains to be seen.

Will they try charge back fees if there are any? Flying blind here. I was under the impression account was dormant. Not letting me look at it is stupid

If account can be used in the future I wouldn't mind seeing where its at. I can even ship order if its to my advantage. But I would like to know if I owe something and how much. if account was bad i can not imagine they would let a sale go through would they?
