How to delete cards/bank
 

How do I delete a bank from Amazon? I can not see this anywhere. The bank is gone. I do not want any money going there

I want to delete some cards too

I made a purchase from a vendor that uses Amazon checkout and now Amazon has put that card on my seller account. I am not cool with that at all. In fact I'm right pissed off! They took info from one of their customers and used it on my seller account. That cant even be legal. They applied a card I never asked them to.... I was never logged into Amazon, I was on a vendors website.

Anyway, that bank is dead. How do I delete it?

If you edit your bank account, the old info is gone. I have replaced a bank in this way before.

You delete credit cards and bank accounts through the Your Account, not through Your Seller Account.
Your Account >
Manage Payment Methods >
Delete Credit Card > Confirm
Delete Bank Account > Confirm

*If that's all of your valid credit cards removed from Amazon they will force you to add a new valid credit card before you can access your seller account again.

I dont have a bank to add right now. Can I switch off disbursement?

You can delete the bank account anyway from the account in the same way as above, after you do that the payments will stay in your payments account until you add a new one, don't get concerned when you receive the disbursement initiated message if there isn't a bank account attached - you'll just get another message in a couple of hours saying we tried to disburse but there is no bank account on file and it will revert to your payments account.

Well the bank is deleted, but when I press request disbursement its still there

Well, is the bank still there under Seller Account Information? Don't worry if it's just a dead bank account, it'll either be bounced right back in 10-14 days or depending on your bank if you have other accounts with them they'll place it into one of your open accounts.

well, I don't want any money going anywhere. I cant delete it though. Its gone from my account but still shows under payment account

No way to turn off automatic disbursal?

Don't worry then, so long as it's not listed under Seller Account Information you'll just get the message I mentioned above.

It is. I cant delete it. Thats what I am looking to do. I deleted it under my normal account info fine. But its still there on seller info with no option to delete

EDIT: Its ok, next settlement is 30th so lots of time to work it out

There is always an option to delete the bank account under Manage Payment Methods (even though the bank account is not a payment method), follow through Your Account.

I did delete it. But these idiots did a transfer today anyway. Not being able to stop payouts or delete a bank is just stupid!!

It wasn't a lot of money, but still.
