Amazon will remove bad feedback to your account if it has to do with their shipping so I imagine it happens alot. I like to give really good customer service so this is not my preference but we need the money. So I will try it for a while then go back to shipping it myself
Also... all they do is ship, we are to deal with the feedback, customer messages, listing the product, etc. Obviously bad feedback is almost generally linked to the product and the condition it is in when it arrives. You can list it as like new and it may not be that way when one of the warehouse workers grabbs it and roughs it up during packaging
Until now i was listing mainly items that can pass as brand new because the amazon folks who use fulfillment would by default, need to take all the other books to list them as good or acceptable. Seems you'd be sunk in the water if you listed anything new or like new.
I use cardboard so the books do not bend. The account reviews will happen anyway but might be completed faster than 30 days
