Is it safe to open another seller account on the same PC?

I was suspended from Amazon and then I created another amazon seller account and I have been on Amazon for about 20 months now, 1 negative feedback ages ago and no A-Z claims etc and the account is turning over nicely with no problems.

Now I have ventured into another product line and want to sell in other categories, I figured it would be silly to sell e.g. clothes under an account that sells electronics etc etc.

If I create another seller account with completely different details but using the same computer, therefore same IP address do you think they will both be suspended?

Even though the first one is in good standing order, or do you think a new PC would be best?

It's not that simple. You would need to change the MAC address and have different IPs for every account. But why not sell everything under one account?

Use a different PC and a different internet connection. Using the same PC is a viable option, but it is not so easy to pull off. You would have to virtualize machines to do it.

Best bet is to get Amazon Ghost. It covers everything in detail. No, I don't make a penny if you buy it, but it has helped me greatly.

Keeping the accounts separate is just smart business. If you lose one, you don't want the other going down as well. Spread out your risk, and Amazon (or eBay) won't be able to shut down 100% of your business in one hissy-fit. You may not think of it as a big issue NOW, but believe me, one day you might say THANK GOD I DID THAT BACK THEN!

You wouldn't believe how sad some stories are about people who had a good going business one day being turned into instant welfare recipients the next day. It happens, even if your merchandise is 100% legitimate and you are 100% honest. I never thought eBay would boot me, because that was something that only happened to counterfeiters and con-artists and I was neither. Yet it happened to me. Trust me, it can happen to you too.

Good point jeffweico. I'd like to successfully get one account past review before I think of a 2nd, though.

What i am going to do. I am getting a new laptop and set a new account, this laptop would be only used for Amazon and nothing else,would be using new dongle. would be using real details and going slow.
For Amazon stealth i am going to test many option has i am really finding it hard to get back on. I would use my old laptop, i am not going to waste a new laptop just for testing purposes

I have a brand new laptop that I purchased recently so I can use that no problems.

As I said previously, it is not professional for me to sell clothes on an account that has been selling electronics for the past 2 years, my current account has full time staff running it and I can't afford for it to be suspended.

The new account is for a completely different type of item therefore I want to keep it seperate.

Like jeffweico has eloquently said, Ama zon Ghost guide gives a lot of insight into operating different accounts on Ama zon. The site is quite different from eb ay.

Yes I have 3 staff running it, it is a legit business, but it is registered under my wifes name.

Just bought brand new Acer netbook and a usb internet dongle by o2.
I am thinking to set it up on my brother name who lives 5 mins away.
Is thier something i should i know before i make this account.

He does not want to use Amazon. Also would do slow until i find a way to stealth.

i try 2 accounts yesterday but declined.
Some say it might be entropay...even thought i did match up the postal address same has amazon.
Had system recovery done...got operatng system but still declined

Why not make it as real as possible and use a real registerable gift card?

Don't try entropay - it won't work with am az on.

Is gift cards avilable in UK....i think it is the entropay. So i would test it.

i suggest not using entropay, I have vcc for Amazon that i sell to ppl in the UK all the time.
