VMWARE with wireless printer issues

Just got my wireless HP printer hooked up but I cant get it to go wireless on my VMWARE machine.

Its telling me that my device and the wireless IP is not matching???

Checked my IP on my vmware and my main and they both match.

Anyone ever try this?
