Help Related account what I do?
 

Hi, Recently got amazon related account problem.

Register new account but got related.

1. Use Brand new PC from UK PCworld
2. Use Reintalled OS system on another PC for regular product and order processing.
3. USe New telephone number to register account
4. Use new address to register account
5. Use new ADSL lines to register account
6. Use New personal details to register account.

But after around 3-4 days amazon says related account but not provide any information which account(s) related with.

Tried to contact AMAZON but received email this morning with no joy.

But on our local LAN network we got 3-4 PC are not reinstall the system they was access to old amaonz account before. but we still use amazon search function on different pc to get some produc data.

1. Are they related with other PC problem?
2. Is any ways we can break related and back to Amazon again?

You must of got linked due to logging in to other accounts on the same LAN (which I assume is on the same IP) that was banned/suspended. Or you got linked due to selling similar inventory. Once accounts are linked (related), there is no way of breaking it. If amazon didn't ask you to verify your account by sending in info, you might as well move on and start another. Only one account per IP.
