Newbie...and have a question....
 

So, I was browsing aroung on amazon suspensions and landed on this site, so purchased the ebook. Long story short, Amazon suspended account today. New account, less than 14 days old. Roughly 640 in money in the account. Got an infringement suspension. Logged in, there is a big red x on seller performance. Clicked on that and it has a red x on policy violation. So I appeal the suspension with a request not to have seller account reinstated, but only to have funds released. Apologized to them. Have heard nothing on that yet. However, logged back into the sellercentral and the suspension flag is still there, but now I have a green check by seller performance all the way across the board. Checked my disbursement dates and they are still saying Feb. 5, nothing along the lines of being held for suspension. Does this mean they are going to give me the funds or still keep them 90?

The green check means you opened the notice, and appealed the suspension. You will have to wait 90 days for your denaro.

You'll have your $640 in 90 days.
