How do I sell this WITHOUT getting suspended?
 

I have a small problem!

When ever I try to sell a DVD, even ONE. I get suspended within minutes for selling "recopied" media. My DVD's are not bootlegs are phakes yet I get kicked off the second I put them out for sale!!!!!

Is it the price at which I put them???

Try selling them as LIKE NEW.

I dont sell DVDs for this reason, but I know you will have better luck listing in the used category since 95% of the "new" items are ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

Agreed, list them as USED.

It is usually the newer titles and the box sets that cannot really be sold as new - the high risk stuff.

Amazon KNOWS what distributor pricing is, so when a title is listed below that price, they get VERY SUSPICIOUS. They figure that your merchandise is either counterfeit or stolen, and either way they don't want to deal with it.

If you were listing an OOP DVD of "Hello Dolly" or something like that, as new, I doubt you would get flagged for recopied media.

Basically, if you can find the title you want to list at DHgate, Amazon considers it high-risk.

Also, building feedback vs. "Just Launched" makes a big difference in some listings.

Yes, yes, and Yes. Once you have proven yourself as a dependable seller, Amazon, or ebay will give you a little more latitude when selling questionable items.

But one feedback, or claim where you are accused of selling !@#$%^&*& items, and you are history.

My positive feedback on AMZN is almost at 45%, all 5-5's and I have been authorized to sell in almost every catagory.

Thanks guys very much for your information and wisdom! I didn't understand why I was getting kicked off left and right. Amazon is crazyer than eBay! I mean LATTERLY MINUTES after signing up and listing DVD's I got kicked off. lol

I will try again once I buy more VCCs.

I know the BEST reason why your getting suspended. You sell non-working counterfeit dvd's and software to people,,,,,then you go off threatening people sending catpoop AND threatening them. You've already created two threads, and both of them got locked by the Moderator.

AMAZON AND EBAY ARE NOT THE PROBLEM, it's YOU who needs to change. There's a difference in selling good quality ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and ⊗⊗⊗⊗ which do not work at all. I suggest you either get your act together or ship out.

People like YOU make it difficult for everyone else to sell on Ebay and Amazon. I'm GLAD your amazon account got suspended,,,,,

That's why I dont have problems selling boxsets on Amazon, then again I sell them for double the price they should, so im sure they don't suspect mine of being ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Cheapest item doesn't doesn't always sell ;)
