Uploading Inventory from Suspended Account?

I am fairly new to creating stealth accounts so I'm wondering if any of the experienced sellers can answer this question:

I downloaded the inventory from my suspended account, can I just upload it as it is to the new account? Or this will create a possible link between accounts.

Many experienced sellers feel that too similar inventory (to a recently suspended account) on a new account will get Amazon's eye on you. Uploading the exact same inventory is *sure* to get you in trouble.
