eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Amazon Blocking Messages?

I tried sending someone a download link, and they told me they never got the message even-though I sent it 3 times. Is amazon blocking entire messages from being sent now?

Amazon also pulls email addresses out of messages.
You can get them through but it is really hard to.

While they do filter out email addresses, they do allow buyer user names (not sure about sellers) to be their email address.

You have to ask the buyer to spell it out to get over the blocked aspect.
