How long does a review take?

Hi,

Got put into review due to velocity limits, been selling just software, sold like 15-20 and got 5 feedbacks (5/5), I have made like £1300 withdrawals from this account, now got like £500 stuck in it, how long do you think the review will take and what are the odds of passing it?

Cheers.

Review will take random amount of time depending on what info you give them. Definitely getting more feedback helps. Odds of passing it since you are selling software is so-so in my opinion...Am az on tends to be sticky in many categories

The normal period for the velocity review is 30 days. More positive feedback will help. Avoiding any complaints or A-Z Claims during the review is EXTREMELY important.

But if your software is Microsoft, Rosetta Stone, Adobe and QuickBooks, the odds of passing the review decline considerably, since these are the most highly counterfeited software items. It is very difficult to sell high-risk items on Amazon as a new seller.

Still, you have nothing to lose by trying to keep the account.

How did you get approved to sell software so fast? Is this a new account? Anyway, If you are selling software, and you get no claims of piracy, or counterfeited software, and your feedback is a nice meaty 20-30% you should be ok.

Thanks guys, the wrote back to my appeal asking me to ask my buyers to leave me feedback, I did this and none of the buyers have, hmmm.

28 days...

I don't sell software, but my review took 3 days and I did nothing...just sat and waited.
Also, during the review process I issued like 3 or 4 refunds for stuff that never arrived.

Review process completed and I've sold about 4 items in the last 10 days and pulled out over $1000.

FWIW, the one time I even looked at Rosetta stone set I found out that there are only a handful of sellers allowed to sell them and you have to be pre-approved to do so

I passed!

lol! I got 1 feedback from asking people and supplied all my outstanding orders tracking codes, I emailed them twice.

i was selling softwares and my review took 26 days but it is entirely up to them but if you want your money fast send your buyers feedback requests the more feedback you`ll get the more faster review will end...
