Amazon is under review over two week
 

Hi all,

Before the review I have sold about 3k in two days. Next morning I receive a notification is my acct is under review. Now is over two weeks and all I receive is silence but they still let me sale. Please advise how long it take for the review and have I done something here. Thank you

My account has already been under review for 3 weeks. It may take up to 30 days to complete this procedure. Of course you can get in touch with amazon support, maybe your case will be sorted quicker but make sure you have already received enough positive feedbacks. I would advise to stop sales activity until review is done and to focus on other stealth accounts

Will it raise the flag and get you suspend for stop sales activity during its under review. Thanks

No, you are entitled to stop sales activity any time you want, it's up to you

Amazon reviews take about 30 Days,,Sometimes they allow you to continue Selling sometimes they do not,,,No Need to get in touch with them or anything,,just keep doing what you are doing,,,

I would recommend Not to stop selling simply because After the Review Amazon may decide to Boot you,,,at least you will have made a few more sales on the account,,,and if Amazon does not boot you then you are GOLDEN

How old was the account when you did that much in sales on it?

Just continure to do business as usual. Serve your buyers with the highest degree of service. Answer your emails immediately. Ship your items out promptly, with tracking. Communicate with the buyers letting them know the item was mailed, and to contact you immediately with any issues or concerns, and NO cancellations, refunds, or A to Z claims, and you should be fine after 30 days. DO NOT CONTACT, or PESTER customer support to try and expedite the review. Let it run its coarse. After the review, you may get limited to a 7 day disbursement, but this is pretty normal for the amount of sales you are doing.

As other posters have said, keep selling and trying to get feedback. Meantime, I also like to have other accounts going. Never know 100% what happens after review - sometimes I get ok'ed sometimes I get banned.

Amazons notification to me during review was to keep selling though I put mine on vacation hold for a week anyhow.

I would also add a dollar as insurance to each order, they may be more apt to leave feedback if you do that. Maybe say it is a partial refund for shipping or some excuse. Amazon wants you to have 20% feedback but if you can get at least 10-12% I think that will fly though it is doubtful there are set numbers. More the better...

I hate the silence game. I rather know that they either ban me or suspend than playing the silence.

28 days. silence is ok. reviews are a good thing!

in your case if you stop selling completely they will shut you down for defo !!! that happend to me twice keep selling but not as much just sell bits and bats , your review will last for about 22 to 30 days... Dire is rite you can get in touch with Amazon but you need lots of positive feedbacks before you do so .... hope this helps...

Yes, I do have my listing on and make a few sales. Tried to contact all my buyer request for feedback but only a handful left me positive feedback WTF. I'' let you guys know when they end the review. Take care and make more sales LOVUGuys
