Amazon under review with A-Z claim buyer scam pls help
 
Hi Guys,

My ama-zon is under review and today I receive a a-z buyer claim for item not as described. It was in brand new seal and I have picture to prove it. He stated that the item is scratches and not even not working. I'm considering this acct is gone and in this case what do I do. I'm really appreciate for all your help.

If you are selling DVD box sets from China, my guess is that the buyer is right. Many times those discs do not work correctly, even though they look brand new and are factory sealed.

The quality of counterfeits varies widely. There is a TON of low quality garbage out there.

If it were me, I would refund the buyer and ask for the set back. I would even pay the return shipping. You may or may not lose the account over this. Amazon has a zero tolerance policy for ⊗⊗⊗⊗. And Amazon knows that complaints about brand new DVD's being scratched up and/or not working USUALLY means the seller is dealing in counterfeit merchandise.

Those cheap DVD's have a failure rate that no movie studio would tolerate.

Thanks Jeff, I wish is a DVD because if so I would give to him and issue the refund then close the case. Since this is worth $300 of electronic and I believe that he swap my to his junk instead.

Should I close the cased now to avoid the review look more worse. Or just leave it and let he return the item back and either exchange or refund.

The claim on your account stays whether you refund or not but it looks better to refund. My buyer and I got into it real heavy, real mean messages by him then I ordered him to straighten up. He filed a claim and I refunded him

If you refuse, they will probably refund him and take the money from you. Not make him send the item back so you may want to go that route, then buy more time to solicit feedback.

How much feedback do you have? how old is the account? do you always sell electronics? Is it all good? How come you think this will break your Amazon acct? I had about 24-25% all postive fb at the time. All they did when my buyer filed a claim (then I refunded him) was reserve that amount of money for 30 days but let me take out all other monies above that. It will be released in a day or so.

The acct about a year old with over 200 fb. Not really, I'm selling electronic what upset me was. I knew for sure he swap my and claim it was not as described. Last, I have email most of my previous buyer request for fb but none of them leave me any, strange.

Kiet, in my opinion getting in touch with amaz on would be a really good idea. There is nothing to be afraid of in this case but sometimes they can be very helpful. Just describe them your point in professional manner saying that you are 100% sure it's a fraud buyer activity because of bla bla bla, let them know you can provide amaz-on with all the pictures and proof of authentic goods (they will not ask you to do that anyway). One time it helped me, amaz on checked that buyer and found he had been trying to get cash back from many sellers.

Thank you all for the advice. He did return the item back totally is not mine but to cause more for the review. I decided to issue him a full refund and he left me a positive feedback. Also AZ end my review and let me continue to sell and release the fund. Again, Thank you
